Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Archie Design App LLC (“Archie Design App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies across all of our apps.

We designed our Services to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary to operate them. Not every practice described below applies to every app; where a section says “if applicable,” it applies only to the specific apps that offer that feature.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information. If you create an account or sign in, we collect an identifier such as your email address, and — if you use Sign in with Apple or Google — the account identifier those services return to us. You may use Apple’s Hide My Email feature; we honor it.
  • Content you create. Some apps let you save, upload, or organize content (for example, bookmarks, saved items, notes, or lists). We store that content so we can provide the feature back to you.
  • Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep your message and contact details to respond.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Services — such as features used, actions taken, and session timing — to understand and improve the product.
  • Device and diagnostic data. We collect device model, operating system version, app version, language, coarse region, and crash or performance diagnostics to help us fix bugs and maintain compatibility.
  • Approximate identifiers. We may process an app-generated installation identifier. We do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking, and our apps do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase or subscribe, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and operate the Services and your account.
  • Process purchases and manage subscriptions.
  • Understand usage, diagnose problems, and improve features and reliability.
  • Communicate with you about support requests and material changes to the Services.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to build advertising profiles.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf to run the Services (see Third-Party Services below), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in control or use of your personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to operate the Services. Each processes data only as needed for its stated purpose and under its own privacy terms:

  • Apple. App distribution, Sign in with Apple, and in-app purchase / subscription processing.
  • Google. Google Sign-In, and Play distribution / purchase processing (where applicable).
  • Supabase. Account, data storage, and backend services (database hosting).
  • Cloudflare. Website and API hosting, content delivery, and security protection.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing privacy@archie-design.app. Where an app provides an in-app “Delete Account” option, you may also use that. We will complete verified deletion requests as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have these rights; we extend the core rights to all users regardless of location.

To exercise any right, email privacy@archie-design.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address issues we identify.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@archie-design.app and we will delete it.

11. International Users

We are based in the State of Wyoming, United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Contact Us
